I have several access points d2 sa building. I want to setup a wireless hotspot/gateway. Basically when you connect to the AP, it will ask you for a username and password. Parang starbucks at yung katulad sa mga 5-star hotels. Anyone who can give me info? Sana yung madali lang like software based. No budget to buy a hardware. Ayoko din mag flash ng bios ng AP.

Above the keyboard, there are 2 sets of red LED lights. The second set of lights is touch sensitive and includes controls for adjusting the volume and other stuff. In this group of controls, the 3rd one from the left is the wireless network power on/off control. Just touch it to power on/off your wireless connection.
Wow.. bravo on going about it the hard way. :) You could have hooked everything up to your Router and allowed it to do all the work for you. If DHCP is enabled in the router, all computers would need to hook up to the router. If you have a WAP in place, ...

I've tried That too, with no results. My main browser is Google Chrome, but I use IE every once in a while. I've tried pinging my gateway using the IPCONFIG command, but it times out after 4 tries.
