These are used PIAA Forza Hybrid Silicone Wipers with all the adapters for fitting them on to your vehicle. They also come with blade inserts that are roughly 4 months old and still work rather well. Wipers themselves are in excellent condition. Asking $60 shipped, paypal only. Pics attached.

So I bought my 81 turbo last week and it has a few issues. Doesnt work.. Wipers (front and back) Power mirrors radio (lights on radio work just wont turn on) Heater fan will not turn on at all (burr) Only thing I really need to get working is the wipers, everything else isnt neccesary but as it gets into winter Ill really need wipers.. Hi guys, I have looked at various threads regarding wiper removal and most are about rear wipers. The others are about Leon MK2's where the wiper fixing nuts have left and right hand threads. Do the MK1's have right and left hand threads and if so which is which?

Is there any way to increase the sensitivity on the sensor for the auto windshield wipers? It actually rained (& hailed) here in SoCal today and I noticed that it took a lot of rain to get the wipers going.

My front wipers have stopped working. Just wondering what to check now. Checked all the fuses and one was blown but I replaced it and still no joy. Prior to this the rear wiper also never worked but that did'nt really bother me. Neither did the water spray but that never bother me either. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Started having this problem and trying to figure out what tells the wipers where the stop position is. As soon as you turn off they stop not finishing the cycle if you try washers as soon as you let off switch again they stop out of position.What tells them to finish the cycle?Is it in the motor or the switch ?

So my wipers were working on and off for a bit, they finally just completely quit working. I put new blades on just to be sure it wasnt hardened rubber binding and sticking but that wasnt the case ( cheapest thing first right?). So anyone have any ideas on what it might be? it isnt working on any setting, and all other functions of the switch work ( washer fluid, signal etc.).

Here in winnipeg it, very surprisingly hasnt snowed yet. i havent needed to use the windshield wipers for a good two weeks and yesterday i used then and they went up really slowly. and didnt go down. i had to pull over at a gas station, lift them up. and they slowly went back to the normal position. and now they dont move at all. So does anyone have an idea whats wrong here? thanks

Morning!! As above really, yesterday in heavy rain the wipers stopped working... I pulled over switched the engine off, keys out the ignition, not sure why but even locked the car... got it going again still no wipers!! Then from nowhere they start working again... kept happening all day.... hmm??!! Anyone else seen happen to theirs... or have any suggestions!?? Ta....
