Hi All. Just about to start my first winter here in the UK with my Santa and used the Front windscreen wiper de-icer this morning for the first time. Just wonder how effective they are? My last car had a heated front screen which was brilliant. Not expecting this to be as good, but wondered if it is of any use.

I have just taken delivery of an MA TDCI (new) - beautiful car to drive - BUT - there are significant windscreen reflections (of the demister outlets etc)!! What's wrong. Do I need to clean my screen? Have I got to live with it? What can I do?? It's not life-threatening, but it's annoying. Understand I'm an old fart! 69 years old - and I've not suffered this kind of problem since I ...

With all this cold weather recently I managed to freeze up the screen and was wondering if anyone nows of a windscreen anti ice system for a R44 ? It seemed to happen when I flew through some clouds and gave me a bit of a scare because I couldnt see properly for quite a while even with the blower on full. I cant believe Robinson designed a heater that didnt clear the screen properly. Any...

Howdy Was driving today with the air con on, and noticed that if I accelerated hard for more than 5 seconds then the air started to come out of the windscreen vents and not from the face vents, even though I have the output selected as face. Any one seen this before and know how to fix it? Thanks. Regards, g@z.

Should I worry about rust around the Windscreen? Hello, Looking to buy a Classic Subaru Impreza Wagon (1999-2001), but the ones I've seen have got rust around the windscreen. Some worth than others. Is this a common problem? Is this just caused by a carelessly fitted new windscreen? Is ...

I have an early model (2003) that has the translucent plastic grab rails and windscreen brackets. The windscreen brackets are even two different materials that are *glued* together. I think the designers got a tad carried away with the materials and the engineers did not put a stop to it I have put a tall windscreen on it and the bracket has come apart a couple of times. I am tired of ...

A while back I remember something you could attach to the top edge of the windscreen to change the air flow so it would go over your head and reduce back pressure, or something like that. If I remember correctly it was a flexible plastic or vinyl strip that you attached to the top edge and possible part ways down the side of the windscreen. Anyone remember the name? So they still make it?
