Hi NG, as i am trying to set up a new Notebook for an Office 2007 environment with Access 2007, i am asking myself, whether it's better to use XP Professional or better Vista to set up the system. My intuition says XP but eventually Vista has improved these days and is the better base to work with Office 2007...

I have a computer connecting to a domain controller on a LAN, accessing Exchange, Access and other network related applications. All work without a problem. As of recently, the computer will not connect to the web. It obtains an IP address via the DHCP (internal) server and DNS (internal) with no issues but still can't connect. When I try pining external domains or ip addresses, it ...
