anyone remember the promises of "extras" like the dreamscape desktop wallpaper , games etc... being promised by MS when Vista came out. I don't feel ripped off since I Get their OS's for free at most conferences, but if I as a consumer shelled out extra money for Vista Ultimate I'd be little pissed that they haven't released shit that's actually extra a-holes were marketing it back in the day...

I have installed Adobe Illustrator ver. 9.0 to my Vista machine. It works without issue but cannot be seen in the program files folder. It can be seen in the add/remove programs feature. So far I have tried the solution I could find, and the suggestion everywhere I look is to set the owner, however, I get this error message when I try to set the owner! I am having constant problem with Flash CS 4 crashing. It is happening when I play or test movie. NO other indications other than not responding and failing to recover. Deleting Folders after Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade 64 bit version. So I upgraded from Vista to Win 7 Ultimate. The $WINDOWS~OS folder was created and it contains about 13gb. Also Windows.old was created. I want to delete both of these folders. I am now using vista ultimate and wanted to restore my back up files which were made using my previous sytem, vista home premium. I tried to restore it using ultimate, but "windows was not able to find any backup sets on F:\" was its message. How do I properly restore this backup file from vista home premium? 1 person needs an answer I do too

OK, just found the "bridged" ethernet setting for Parallels unchecked. I checked it; when I get home I'll see if I can get the controller to recognize the DAQ now. Thanks again!!!
