How do you get Windows SideBar to stay on top of open windows...not just the gadgets I want the whole sidebar. I can get the gadgets to stay on top but they cover part of the open window. I need the sidebar back like it was in Visa. 1 person needs an answer I do too

When I click "add gadgets" to my sidebar, the screen that shows all of them pops up, but all of the gadgets immediately disappear, so I can't click or select any of them. Has this ever happened before, and what should I do? 1 person needs an answer I do too

Windows 7 no longer has the locked screen area for the gadgets and we do not want to have the gadgets on the top all the time. But we need to access the gadgets with the mouse. In Windows 7 you can press the Windows Key + G to bring all the gadgets to the front. Is there any way to take the Windows Sidebar notepad gadget from one computer and see what you have written on it on another computer? I want to take them from my (broken) laptop and see them on my desktop, is this possible?

Asi es, Windows Sidebar consume mucha memoria RAM, si tienes solo 1Gb de ram no te recomiendo tenerla. Pero si tienes 2 o mas Gb de ram puedes tenerla sin problemas, aunque notarias una aceleración notable sin ella.

Something to try if it happens again is the type "regsvr32 jscript.dll" into a command prompt to reregister that dll. I have had this issue before and it fixed it for me.

Hi, Mine have done the same thing occasionally, usually after and installation and especially if it was a driver. Check for malware thoroughly, remember no one program detects and removes all malware so be very prudent. After you are sure there is no malware left do the cleanup as below. These may help some.
