I just bought and installed Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit and I'm less then thrilled with internet related throughput and response time. I'm using a quad core 2.83 GHZ processor. FSB >1066, 8 GB of RAM with IE 8...

I'm trying to run Peer Guardian 2 on Windows Server 2003... When I try to update, I get "None available" for the PeerGuardian update (because I have the latest version), but when it comes to the P2P update it seems to just sit there, saying "Downloading" and then finally switching to "Error contacting URL". Do I need to do something within the OS to get this to work? I know WS2003 is iffy with ...

Is is possible to backup Windows Server 2003 & 2008 with Windows Home Server? It seems to me that the basic file backup should work okay. If so, could WHS also backup SQL and Exchange Server without any technical issues?

I have a customer who is currently on Windows UDS 2003 server for a NAS front end . He will be upgrading to a 2008. It is running Storage server manager software. Is the storage manager software is embedded with 2008. Does this mean the customer can upgrade from windows 2003 UDS server to a 2008 server without having to have the UDS OS?. Thank-you in advance.
