wilson and zimmerhoot enterprises are up there right now and need a yj 35 c shaft anyone have one handy and feel the need to run up to commitee for a bit? 530 228 7716 wilson post up if you've solved the problem... otherwise I'm going to keep working on it

I have a Farmi 601 winch. It seems to work well. It is a bit slow to use though. It takes a bit of time to set and unhook the chokers. I use it when my skid steer can reach the wood(big hill or ruts). Other wise I think my skid steer with a grapple is faster. The skid steer tears the ground up more. I guess it all depends on what you want it for. Once I pull the logs up I still have to ...

Be a bit wary of the bolt on ones. I had one that folded up when I rolled about 10' down a hill into another jeep. The plate bent back, cracked my winch housing, and bent my grill. IF you are going to bolt on one, I HIGHLY recommend having it welded to keep it rock solid. Here's what happened with mine... if you want them for looks, great. But if you want it ...
