I am trying to lose weight and fat. I do cardio only at the moment, I have lost weight, so it is working. I have also changed my diet. But sometime i get very tired very fast on the treadmill. I dont keep track of my protien i take, but they come from normal stuff like bread, milk, etc... So i was thinking does a person like me need whey protien to run better and for longer?...

I've tried EAS Myoplex but don't like it very much. So that's a no goer for me. Btw, it is the strawberry flavour I have tried, and it's just too thick for me, despite me using about 21oz of water. I love Optimum Nutritions chocolate mint powder but it is in a tub not in a sachets/packets which are better for when I'm out of the house. Any suggestions? Preferrably with water - again for ...

ok so i bought my gold standard whey protein and a blenderbottle which is like a shaker bottle. i tried making a protein shake for the first time by putting a scoop of whey and about 6 oz of water and shook it up. it tasted ok but i know it could be a ton better because i bought one at the gym and they made it taste really good using water too. any ideas on how to make a protein shake good? ...

Usually I just go to my local GNC store and get whatever mass gainer and whey protein they have there. I'm looking for opinions on if there's anything better that I can get besides the GNC brand. I've looked at some on this site, but I was just wanting opinions on who thinks what brands are good to get before I go spend any money.
