I had this idea yesterday while playing Diablo 1 actually. From what I've gleamed from spending too much time reading through the forums- Shrines will not be making a return.... Go to my computer and the C: hard drive (or wherever you installed windows). Right in the main directory of the hard dive should be a file called hiberfil.sys. Most likely that file got corrupted and needs to be deleted. After deleting it you can then reset the hibernation settings and it should start working fine again. You may need to set your view settings to show hidden and system files ...
