Hey guys, I love this site. Tons of info. I was searching all night to find something and I could not come up with anything. What I'm wondering is I have a honda CRF50 with a wet automatic clutch. hey guys, i am a can-am rider, but i have a buddies 08 grizzly 700 in my shop cause his clutch is acting up, i don' thave much "wet clutch" experiecnce, but i think it is worn out or something??. it is realy a dog when takeing off, you can give it all the gas you want but it is gutless. you can find the wet clutch and housing on ebay for cheep i just replaced the one on my rhino and the dealer wanted 400 bucks for the wet clutch bought on e bay for 250 new in the oem package and the housing for 125 bucks shipped.

I've been doing some reading lately and dry vs wet came up again. The best explanation I've been given from this site has been: "Wet sits in oil/liquid and dry doesn't sit in a medium". I'm now curious to know more. Just wondering if anybody has had wet clutch problems I have gone through two in 400 hundred miles. I get in a mud hole and put the throttle to the floor and can not spin tires and doing this twice it smokes the clutch. I have 26's on it. I don't hold it to the floor for very long as I know nothing is moving except clutch and belt I dont smoke a belt but the wet clutch. I have a few buddies that...
