[cliffs- weight cutting is stupid --> change it to day of fights --> fighters will learn to fight at natural weights --> arianny rewards me sexually for my insights] Okay, first off I fully expect some initial lashback from this post, but I also think a lot of people will agree that something needs to change with modern weigh in rules. After watching Anthony Johnson weigh in a hefty ...

I also power-lift atleast once a week. What my typical weekly schedule looks like is: Monday- Full body power lifting (20 mins) boxing, 2 hrs. Tuesday- Cardio (sprints 80.yds 10X, 1/2 to 1 mile run) Boxing ...

i just wanted to be clear within the Street Touring class rules. you can only remove your rear tire, and all other non-bolted on items in your car? can you remove carpeting or door panels? also which class allows you to completely strip down your car?

Anyone miss weight cutting? I do. Some of the best moments on TUF have come from weight cutting. __________________ War Emelianenko's, CroCop, Zaromskis, Soszynski, Drwal, Mousasi, Diaz's, Lauzon, Akiyama, GSP, Nog. Special mention - Gina Carano.

Got my first fight just over a month away. I'm about 10lbs over my weight class, so the cut should be pretty manageable at this point and most of the work should happen with fluid restriction. Anyways, I was wondering if/how creatine monohydrate should be used around fight time. I respond well to Creatine and gain a decent 5lbs when on it. I am not currently on it because I wanted an accurate ...

At the end of the video the kid says he's cut 10 pounds in 3 days while drinking 3-4 gallons of water a day and eating 5-6 small meals. Even with the kid eating 1200 calories a day (200 calorie meals) and sweating quite a bit of that water out it doesn't seem possible in 3 days to cut that much. Assuming this isn't bullshit, how did he achieve this?

You weigh in and start fighting the next minute. The other thing is that you have to get to the venue like 7.30am but you have no idea what time the fight will actually happen, it can be 8.00 if you're lucky or 4/5pm if you're unlucky. I mean, yeah they do have some kind of schedule but they almost always don't work. (I have watched a few)

Don't forget that sometimes fighters are trying to make a weight class they just really shouldn't be. Guys that should probably fight at 170 trying to make 155 for example. So in order to do that, they have to cut calories so much during training camp that they can't train with the intensity that they really need to. So than, they go in to a fight less powerful and with less ...
