i got this question for a long time with no responce but i found this forum and i think im going to found the answer here guy ok i hear the the gym and other places that use your protein or weight gainer shakes after train just right after finish or between 15 min why? whats the diff using the shake 1 hr or 1:30 hr min after finish trainin and 15 after it??

Usually I just go to my local GNC store and get whatever mass gainer and whey protein they have there. I'm looking for opinions on if there's anything better that I can get besides the GNC brand. I've looked at some on this site, but I was just wanting opinions on who thinks what brands are good to get before I go spend any money.

i know its normally the other way around but im looking for a weight gainer to help add protein/carbs to my daily diet without affecting my meal plans as my current supp has a great ingredient profile using barley and oats as its carb source but after drinking it, makes me full for about 4-5 hours.. thanks

Hi guys. Wrestling season starts in about a month, and I need to find a weight gainer that'll give me the cleanest bulk. I need to gain that 5 pounds for 171 class, and I have a fast metabolism, which makes it very diffcult to gain weight. Plus, we run a lot in wrestling. Which gainer is the best for me? Thanks. i will agree that making your own is by far the best thing to do and thats what i usually do. ive read lots of bad things about soy so everyone can have their own opinion on that. If your getting the MM price here ya its high but i have found it for $57 and you can get 60 servings out of it which makes it by far a way better deal.
