Hey forum, Just ran out of Allmax Quickmass...only doing 1/2 servings, cause full servings of weight gainers are a complete waste. Anyway, anyone have any opinion on a good weight gainer???, Im not looking for any opinions on weather or not to take one, cause I like them for the extra calories it gives you.. I have taken Cyto-Gainer and I really like the taste and profile. I wanted to change it up a bit. Anyone have a good suggestion for a weight gainer that is low in sugar and doesn't have artificial sweeteners in it?

im trying to bulk and i was wondering would it be better to take a weight gainer post workout to get more protein and carbs into immediately after workout or would it be better to take the isolate post workout and just take the gainer throughout the day? thanks by the way the weight gainer would be CytoGainer and the Isolate would be Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate

Hi everyone, I am 156 lbs and 5,58f tall. I am in bulking session and it will take about 3 months. My trainer told me to take 255 gr gainer in workout day, 170gr non-workout day. Addition to this I should eat not less than 200 gr meat(white or red) What are your opinions? Thanks

K well my mornings are very short, and usually im not hungry in the monrning cause i eat before i go to sleep usually. so if i drank just a weight gainer shake for breakfast every morning, would this be ok? (im bulking obviously). I mean its got the calories, its got the protien, and the carbs. so why not?

in college, eating 4 course meals for lunch and dinner a few times a week helped me gain 30 lbs one semester. bagels, pizza, chicken, especially. good for gaining weight if you want to enjoy tasting something while you do it lol my best methods of taking the weight off afterward is either atkins, 2 slices of pizza per day (and that's it), master cleanser lemonade diet, and surgery on your ab ...

Weight Gainers are my least Favorite Supplement. at 140 After 2 Weeks of Weight Gainer... Absolutely Horrid Gas ect... not worth it at all. If Theres one thing you shouldnt supplement its Using food to gain weight. Now I have like 2kg of weight gainer never used since. Such a waste

its perfectly fine thats why they are weight gainer XD just use weight gainer when u have no time to prepare food like school, hell do i have to time make breakfast
