Hi ladies, I have recently rejoined WW online and things have changed a little. Does anyone know how I can swap my activity points for food points? If I go over my daily points it automatically takes from my weekly points and not my activity points. There is a table to show how many points you have swapped, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it! Thanks!

I'm considering starting weight watchers, but am wondering if eating what ever I want within a points value would be a successful way to lose weight since I'm IR. Has anyone had success with this plan? I've got around 130lbs to lose in total, but I would be happy with any! Thanks ladies.
