Just for the record the host I left was the British host company 'Webfusion'. They charged over £300 ($500) of extra bandwidth charges to my account in one year. When I told them I was leaving unless they refunded some of it, they offered me a 2 month upgrade free (a total of £16 saved). So I've left them. Not great business on their part.
