Hi, I'm running a SQL 2008 Database with Membership Structure. My two web-Applications are both connected to this Database and are using same User-Pool. So I can login with my user to the one or the other. My question: when a user login at web-Application 1, how can I provide, that the user, when he goes to Web-Application 2, is automatically loged in there, too? Greetings ...

I have three different web applications that I made in VS08 vb.net. I have 3 servers in a 2007 Farm: App server(Indexing server and Central Admin ) , WFE server, SQL 2005 server. WFE server provide web service to uers, but I can see almost all the web applications( IIS virtual sites and application pools) shows also on APP server, why ? Are the web sites/ pools needed on the APP server as well ? if not, will these pools create more loads on the IIS server ?...

Didn't ASPDNSF abandon DNN because of its restrictions? When you use DNN and things don't work right, you could start blaming DNN. If you have a bug, do you want to deal with your app AND DNN?
