Minneapolis mamas! Save time, wear and tear and $ washing dipes! Hi, I have a spin dryer in great shape from www.laundry-alternative.com (this is the larger unit, second down on the page, not the countertop version). This is a portable stand alone unit that removes a ton of water left behind by your washer's spin cycle, allowing you to ...

I've had a significant amount of wear and tear on my Dualshock 3 since I bought it. The L2 button is hypersensitive and the left stick is getting slick. My two Sixaxis controllers aren't doing much better - the trigger on my R1 button is wiggly, and the left analog stick on the other Sixaxis goes forward too easily. Basically, the controllers have been used a lot. Does Sony cover wear...

Forum Friends, On a 15-day road trip to the East Coast in late October I noticed a whole lot more Miatas out there than hereabouts in Oklahoma, and a lot of them had hard tops. I've been wanting a factory hardtop for a while and have a place to hoist (and store) it over the car in the garage. I like the idea of having a car with dual personality, and think the increased visibility...

HI everyone, Just took my 2008 G37 in today because the clutch was sticking to the floor and not coming up automatically after being depressed. They took a look and told me it was completely worn down.... I find this hard to believe as the car only has 20k miles on it and I have not driven it hard, burned the clutch or done anything but normal street driving. On top of my frusteration...

So I'm moving out of an apartment on bad terms with my roommate (the leaser) and my bf had left a few stamps on my wall (as in, he took a stamp with my address and stamped the wall thinking it'll come off...not very mature). I tried painting over it a little with acrylic but it makes the spots look off-color. Would this be considered 'wear and tear'? Is there a list somewhere of what is ...

I had and old 301 system (9 years) and it was just wear-n-tear that did it in (I now have a HD505 system). LNB was getting old and was effecting my signal reception.

I have a 65 lb dog that is on my leather sofa on a regular basis and no obvious wear or tear. I wipe it down regularly and the only scratches I have ever noticed came from a pen (the ink came out but the scratch remained). Like the other poster, between regular cleanings and frebreeze no odor problems either
