Ok, it looks like I haven't played since 2007 so bare with me I understand that as a hunter we're long range people, but if we had a choice of melee what weapons are best suited for us? Or do we grab whatever we can use with stats that help suite us such as +agi? Or do we just use what we think looks "cool" as a hunter as we're not the greatest of melee but seem to get into it ...

I have been through the game a few times and for Chris I use the S75 Rifle, the S&W 500 Magnum and and the Hydra Shotgun..for Sheva, I use the S75 and the Hydra but I can't seem to get her to use the Longbow..why is that?! Anyone know?! I don't wanna just take the guns away from her to make her use it but is there something I'm not doing? Oh yeah, I also just read that some ppl prefer the L. ...

I haven't seen the making of 'weapon of choice' on the Live DVD yet, but it reminded me how much fun that day actually was - is there anyone else on this forum that was there that day?? apart from chatting with us for most of the time, the band let us hear a few tracks from baby 81 - which was still weeks from release. good stuff ;)

it's fun to make runs through the game with infinite ammo... in that case... LOL "gimme your save file, cause im too lazy" Either way... go with the Masher. Not because of the damage, but because of the larger clip. Having to reload after every two shots, could get you killed,if you dont play smart enough...ya know?
