You can use pay car wash bays available at some Service Stations to wash it off. They use less water and some have a system to recycle the water. It would be a lot easier than trying to do it with a garden hose too as you would be using high pressure cleaners, soap, brushes. It is a lot easier to get the squashed bugs off with a brush and high pressure cleaner. ☺ Using just a hose would...

We always did them at home or the park (difficult though for March birthdays) rop Do you mean like rent a hall? I think your son is too young to go to a theme park or movie, etc. for his birthday. Just the simple steps of friends come over, bring presents, blow out the candles, is enough. JMHO
