So I had to repair a few hard drive permissions and zap the p ram a few times to get my mac book pro to work again which it is however my icon for Main Stage is now a big question mark and my WaveBurner.app is completely gone......Should I reinstall Waveburner? Just installed Logic 9 and Waveburner wont open any of the links created in L8, I get the message "The document “title” could not be opened. WaveBurner cannot open files of this type". OK I thought let's create a new Waveburner file, I did this, successfully burned a CD, closed the file, and now I can't open that either. Que pasa? Is this another Snow Leopard thing perhaps?...

There seems to be a serious problem with Waveburner v. 1.6 and up, relating to CD track markers. When a CD is burnt there are audible clicks and pops on some (but not all) of the track transitions. When reported to Apple they suggested crossfading the track markers, but this isn't always possible or desired. A previous post suggested this might be a problem with text-reading cd players...

I just installed logic 9 and waveburner in total around 55 gb but when i go to the applications folder the icon for logic isnt there instead is a circle with a line thorugh it and i get this message. you cant open the appliction logic pro because it may be damaged or incomplete Any ideas whats happened?...

Should I reinstall Waveburner? Yes. Since the MainStage icon is a question mark, you should reinstall that too. CAN I re install WB with out having to re install all Logic Studio 8? Yes. It's a custom install option. If it's grayed out, either move the items relating to it in the /Library/Receipts/ folder to the desktop temporarily or use Pacifist to install it manually....

The limiter isn't consistently adding .7 to every sample - it's making it louder without going over the limit, in this case +0.7, which is clipped. Never normalize. If you want to make it louder, just use the limiter - try the adaptive limiter in Logic or Waveburner. Mac Pro (early 2008)...

There is only one problem I have with WaveBurner (but maybe it's just me and someone here knows how): The volume envelope cannot be manipulated like can be done in CD Architect. Aloha - It seems that the spaces between the songs and not being recorded onto the CD when burned. On the waveburner timeline it reads 72.00 minutes. When I insert the CD to itunes it only reads 71.48 minues. I created custom spacing times - some are only a second long while others go from one song into another directly without and track spacing. Any suggestions? Thanks Sean...
