I was just thinking, instead of the normal pipes you get for water cooling. Would copper pipes work? Iv never done any watercooled pcs so i dont really know if this is a stupid idea lol but if you used copper pipes instead of normal pipes would it be better for the cooling or no difference? If looks and weight of the pc didnt bother you.

I am selling my off road toy, because I no longer have room for it and it must go. This has always been garage kept and only taken out for a quick drive in fair weather. The buggy has about 20 hours of run time on in since new. It is currenlty titled in Ohio and stored in St. Clairsville, OH. I can register it in Ohio if the owner is going to keep it in the state. This buggy is a lot of fun to ...

I'm planning on building a new workstation for Photoshop in the next few weeks. I'm going to go with an i7 920, and am going to water cool it (that's new for me as well). I want 12G of RAM, and I'd like to overclock the CPU a little if possible -- 3.8 or 4.0 would be nice. Is this Corsair memory a good idea? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=MY-187 -CS It comes in a 12G "...

I had to R & R the valve cover gaskets on my Kawasaki FC-590 water cooled 20 hp twin. It has just about 550 hours on it powering my JD 345 tractor & 54" mowing deck. Its been run for hours at time mowing lawns and a 5 acre pasture. Sometimes its also pulled a tag-along second mower. About 1/2 the time it now powers the tractor, the deck and a bagging system in the Texas heat. At the end of a ...

Hello all, I've been looking at Armor+ LCS VH600LBW OR SwordM VD500LBNA Are either of these two good? I'm a heavy gamer and will have an I7 processor in it. Or is there another case or just kit you would recomend? I'm looking to spend $300 and below.
Quote: WeÂ’ve learned that water-cooling system is one of the most efficient way to keep some of your computerÂ’s components cool. And there is no exception that similar concept can be applied to the entire PC too. Amazingly, shown in the picture is a fully water-cooled personal computer. The system has got couple of control valves and taps, which I guess are for you to ...
I'm getting ready to pull my alternator on my '01 530i sport with 56K. Got the airbox off today. Only have about 1 hr each day to work on it. Is that a coolant line at the bottom running to the black casing? For this job would a Bentley manual help? USED to work on tons-o-cars, but this looks different and difficult. Don't need the car fixed fast as I don't drive it right now - just done right....

Those rads there, we didn't add any to the core. Hugely increased its coolant capacity on the left side... plus seam welded and reinforced it so one could stand on it on its side. Simply adding coolant seems to be enough to make a difference. Not alot of $$. Just some scrap aluminum and some welding.
