Have a pin hole leak in the water tank (GE ZISB48DCA). Found the replacement part (AP2065450) but can't find a spec on the poly hoses which must be cut and connected to the tank. I see 1/4 and 5/16 connectors but no idea what size to order. Thanks

The rising main to the water tank and ...

I'm having issues with the hot water tank in my travel trailer. It's a 2005 model so I assume it's all factory plumbing. The hot water doesn't get hot. It's only room temp to luke warm at best. I looked at the plumbing and there is a cold water line going in the bottom of the tank and a hot water line coming out of the top of the tank. Both lines have shut off valves. Between the two ...

Hi, I am a beginner and wanted to check if I could use natural sea water to establish my first sea water tank. Could you also answer my following questions regarding it? 1. How long shall I process the water if natural sea water is used instead of synthetic salt? 2. I am going to have a separate hospital aquaria for my new additions to the tank and sick fish. What should be used as ...

In the basement of our house, we have a standard water softener--uses 50# salt blocks. The system consists of two tanks and some plumbing. One tank has the timer, valves, and related junk on it, and is sealed (pressurized). The other tank has a lid that comes off, so you can put salt in it. The two tanks are joined by a single flexible clear plastic hose (probably 1/2" ID), and the salt tank ...
