I've done some searching on wastegate boost and ebcs' but cant find anything that helps me out. I just installed my Grimmspeed 3-port ebcs and can only make wastegate pressure. Tuner said the hoses must be connected wrong but I have gone over the install instructions 3 times and made sure I have the lines routed properly, all the connections are tight , no ripped or crimped hoses etc. I...

i have a real nice custom built hotside for a fox and 302 based motor with a t-6 flange. headers were tig welded, 1 3/4 inch primaries into a 3 inch stainless crossover with v bands on each end. included is a 60mm obx wastegate. Setup for a stock style header bolt pattern. These worked awesome, only reason im selling is because im going to an N style bolt pattern in a different car. $900

I put a turbo on my zx3 and it has an external wastegate but im not sure what the springs set to. my friend said it feels like his 7 pound spring that he had in his wastegate but when i boost my gauge just keeps going up. The gauge is a crappy gauge so maybe that could be wrong but i dont hear my wastegate open at any point of driving so im figureing maybe the wastegate isnt working. anyone have ...

I've heard great things about the Turbo Master Wastegate Controller (and similar products) over the years, but haven't felt the need to get it because we never tow with our Excursion. Hey, I was just wondering what the best choice is as far as holding the little 3mm hoses on to the wastegate actuator. Zipties? ittie bittie hose clamps that I can't find? Also, how does that ebay silicone hose stand up to engine bay temps? Should I just use rubber vaccuum hose? What's the best? OK, so I was FED up with the stock up-pipes and the donut rings. I got me one of them there fancy sets of ceramic coated bellowed up pipes from David at Diesel Innovations (Smart Dude by the way). I spent all day Saturday doing the swap (got my a$$ kicked by the clamp that mates the up-pipes to the turbo), and after triple checking that everything was put back together correctly I fired her up. ...

Its brand new, got it with my current turbo set up. Never used (I have an HKS unit.) Good replacement if you're is worn out or something or maybe you can modify it for something else. 30$
