Don't waste your time... He's been offering baseless, pie in the sky predictions for months, always fully loaded with "soon" in bold, all caps. Apparently "soon" is anywhere from next week to 2014, or perhaps he just likes the word because it's one of the few he can spell consistenly. That's pretty much the nature of the board, though -- people making wild guesses at what might happen, then ...

Good news and bad news with Synctoy 2.1 !! I gave up on Synctoy 2.0 a long time ago; the beta and the release both got stuck at about 60-70% when attempting to sync a 'small' 30 gig folder ( containing everything from large ISOs to hundreds of tiny files ) I tested on multiple computers, using XP and Vista . It was completely unusable, so I could not use this for any purpose. Even if it ...

You won't waste your time contacting the CEO of a company you are invested in but will waste your time posting on these forums flaming the fire and throwing poo left and right? WOW!

Basher is it time for the retreat? Are you going to paint the trailer this weekend? I heard a rumor that the health department came over to your place because someone said your rats were as big as dogs and the pigs in the trailer was leaving waste all, over causing a fly problem.

I do the vampire wars on Facebook, update and talk with friends and family on there, watch tv, make quilts, spend time with husband and dogs, read... sit in the hospital or waiting room of Dr. offices cause there is always something wrong or a new test they gotta do... (sick of being sick!)

It looks like Tim from howeasyisthat.com has done some decent testing here. I agree, I love the Synctoy feature which can recognize when you've moved or renamed things so it doesn't have to re-copy multiple gigabytes. If Synctoy can't do that, then why don't I just carry on with xcopy or robocopy, (or sometimes xxcopy) The other advantage is that synctoy is GUI based, so maybe that's a ...

To enjoy this movie, you have to turn off your brain. That's what I did, and I really enjoyed this movie. It's an "end of the world" movie people, you should expect some impossible things to happen. Obviously, if the world were ending EVERYONE would die very quickly and painfully. In order to have a story, the family HAD to survive. I also thought the movie was pretty darn sad; I got...

He is either a paid shill or the dumbest SOB ever. His "who are you gonna believe, me or your lying eyes" routine is not worth the effort. It only serves to interrupt any rational discussion that we may otherwise be having.

Just saw it and I didn't think there was any "torture porn" in it at all. As far as gore I thought the movie was fairly tame. You have to expect some grisly scenes seeing as how the story is based on a real life case of a woman who was chopped in half. When I think of "torture porn" movies such as Hostel, Saw 3, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre come to mind. De Palma has always been fairly ...
