Walther PPS Range Report I purchased the PPS 9mm several weeks ago and finally took it to the range. I shot several brands of 115 and 147gr FMJ and JHP ammo thru it. Approx 125rds at 15 yards. Not much to say - It ran perfectly with everything! I am a lefty so sometimes with other guns I take brass on the forehead. Not so with ...

For Sale: Walther PPS 9mm. I aquired this gun in a trade and is just not what I want, but figured it would be easier to sell. Seller was first owner and represented it as brand new. Looks brand new to me and I never shot it. Includes Walther hard case, manual, fired shell casing from factory and two magazines. Asking $550 shipped to your FFL or will consider trade for a "like new" FN FNP9M in ...

I just had to buy my wife a new Mac and have decided to offset my loses by parting with some guns that simply sit in the safe nowadays. My email is in my profile. Please email me as well as post on the thread. Thanks. HK45 w/2 mags and IWB (Tucker Silent Thunder)...I've only put 50 rounds through it. It is a wonderfully soft shooting gun. I also have four additional mags that I will sell for $...

OK, before any of you say it, I already KNOW that the problem is mostly in my grip. However, to avoid stovepiping rounds with my Walther PPS, I have to hold the thing with a death grip...absolutely anything less than this and I have to clear a spent casing out of the works. Is anyone else having this problem with their PPS? Mine is a .40 caliber. Any ideas on a solution? Thanks...

I am thinking about getting a small back up gun that I can fit in a pocket or ankle holster. is the Walther PPS a good candidate for this? Also does anyone make a threaded barrel for it for a supressor? I have a Kimber compact right now, but I think its a little too big for an ankle rig

I got the chance to shoot a Walther PPS 9mm today and absolutely loved it, it was sooo damn accurate! AFTEr hating the recoil on the LCR, I am now looking at a compact 9mm for cc. The problem I have is that there seems to be a FTE issue with the gun which actually happened to my wife earlier when she fired it. The issue is that sometimes, on recoil, the slide doesn't go forward all the...

I know I have bumped into a few people on here that own gun shops. I am in the market for a Walther PPS in .40 and looking for the best deal. So my question is where do you guys recommend I look? I live in Villa Rica (Carroll County) and work in Cobb County. Not looking to drive forever to save 10 bucks, but do want to find the best deal. Thanks.

I like my PPS .40. I did have that problem early on when the slide locked to the rear. I sent it in, less than a week later it was back and functioning perfectly. 400+ rounds thru it, no issues. I guess it was a problem in the earlier models. It is my full time carry pistol. Thanks to a great suggestion from PBP, I got the Galco Stow and Go holster. fits perfectly.

I've had my 9mm PPS for a couple months now and absolutely love it. It has become my pimary carry. It has been flawless, and shoots extremely accurately...I paid $589.00 at a local store...thats best price for several hundred miles. Sure it would be great if it held 10 or 15 rnds, but then it wouldnt be so flat and easy to conceal....

I would say get the Walther PPS if you have the money. I wanted that gun bad but could not afford it right now because bonuses @ work were eliminated in this dismal economy. I am saving my pennies for the PPS, but meanwhile I bought a Taurus PT709 slim with some extra money I had been saving that works great. I will shoot that for now and trade it in toward the PPS later.

I have had 2 in 9mm. First one was a First Edition. After 1400 rounds it slide locked and went back to S&W. They replaced it with another (not First Edition). I have somewhere in the 2000 rounds through it with no issues at all. It is my primary carry gun. I keep it in a High Noon tuckable holser at the 4 o'clock position. The holster leaves something to be desired becasue the ...
