> I'm very irritated about this gun.I bought one at Gander Mtn. on Oct. 23rd. I went to the range the next day and found out it didn't work. The sales guy at the range told me there had been a national re-call in Jan. for this gun. I went back to GM and they gave me a full refund. Then I went back to the range and discovered they had one in stock, so of course I bought...

I went to the range yesterday to test my Walthers and I experienced a repeat problem with this machine as it likes to eject magazines by itself. I tried some FMJ round nose, HP's, (various manufacturers) and I thought I had this figured to Winchester WB 95 grain FMJ Wadcutters but this was not consistent enough especially when I went through 2 stock magazines full of this ammo without ...

Hi all! After much personal debate and consideration, I decided to buy a new Walther PPK/S. I used to own a Bersa Thunder 380, which I loved to shoot but hated fixing everytime I came home from the range. I've always loved the look and feel of the PPK and they appear to more durable than the Bersa. However I've heard so many horror stories about the PPK's that I was hesitant to buy ...

So what do we know about this gun? It seems like a really nice compact handgun that would be super easy to carry. I have rather large hands, so I will need to handle one and see how it fits, but I figure the PPK/S with the longer frame should work decently. Thoughts? Looks like they are selling for around $500 new online, which isn't bad. Part of me wants to find an older German made gun...

Hello, I have a Walther PPK/s .380 and it has a crack in the side of the frame, basically on the inside of the magazine well. Now the crack appears to just be due to a weak, thin piece of metal in the frame. with the magazine inserted it covers and makes the crack basically a non factor, I have not carried this gun since discovering the crack, My main question to all you others out ...

Check the picture in the link below. http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct...tNumber=818 372 When DeSantis designed the original Nemesis, they thought that it would remain the best pocket holster forever! Well, it just got even better! The DeSantis Super Fly Pocket Holster has outdone ...

How many similarities are there from a "support" perspective, between the PPK and PA-63? I've got two magazines for my PA-63 and I'd like to have 1-2 more. Will a .380 magazine for a PPK work for a PA-63?

> Sounds to me like you were shopping for a gun that functioned. The one at GM didn't work, and they refunded you, then you rolled the dice and tried another one. Then the fella's that supposedly didn't know anythig told you to break it in...which some manufacturer's tell you to do. They at your range gunshop, did not give you a refund, or work on it, as that is ...

I have a PPK and it is a nice gun. It's a bit heavy so I bought a Kel Tec P3AT. The P3AT is very light weight and compact. I prefer the carry the P3AT over the Walther.

IMHO, the little Walthers are simply too high priced for so many of them to require as much maintenance as they do out of the box. My first one was a PPK, 7.65mm purchased over there in 1965. (The beginning of the James Bond craze) It was a beautiful piece, but a POS for reliability, and I never got it cycling 100%. Years later, I tried an Interarms PPKS in .380 which was much more...

For self defense you won't be shooting a hundred rounds out of it. It's what I carry...my hands are average/slightly small sized though. Yes, I actually own one of those too. They are exactly the same size as the LCP. actually they...
