Had a chance to try this new waffle emporium today. Excellent all the way around! Perfect waffles, which they indicated they will always make to order. Take that, Arosa-who-makes-batches-of-ten-at-a-time,-no-matte r-what-the-level-of-demand! (but who are nevertheless as sweet as can be) Nice decor and friendly staff, too. Nestle announced today that after 62 years of production they will cease making Polly Waffles. They say while everyone says the love Polly Waffles they no longer buy them , so are not releveant to todays market

A BIG thank you to whomever posted the recipe for pumpkin walnut waffles. They are delish...especially with real maple syrup. I searched for the original post, but couldn't find it. I had printed the recipe a few weeks ago, and just got around to making it. Thanks!!! Here's a picture of my little "helpers" stirring the batter.
