About 2 months ago I started to have an issue with voicemail and SOME messages (comming from Brasil in general) get recorded in an accelerated speed so I hardly can hear it. ANy idea on what that could be ?

Before I wiped my phone, I was able to choose a tone for my voicemail. Now, its not even an option when I edit my profile. I just want my phone to be normal again but it didn't go back the way it should have.

After successfully using (and enjoying) Visual Voicemail for a couple of months, today, it started crashing every time it's opened (about five seconds after launch), and has become unusable. The message is, "The Application (process com.oz.mobile.android.voicemail.application) has stopped unexpectedly" The only option is "Force close." I've tried all the "obvious" things... Bell Voicemail remote access # for Gatineau (819) Does anyone know the number to dial for remote voicemail access for an 819 number with Bell? I know that for Bell Ontario in the 905 region it is 905-2105-nxx where nxx is your exchange. I have just had new phone service installed in Gatineau. Merci

here is what i've noticed. i'm running advanced task killer and handcent so keep that in mind. i call my own phone number, leave a voicemail and i get two notifications one from messages and one from handcent. if i dont go into task killer and kill messages, handcent sms, and navigation and i call my number again and leave another voicemail i won't get any voicemail notification from either ...

Can someone help out a android n00b here? Is there a way to set up a seperate (hopefully repeating) audible notification for voicemail? Though to me this would seem like a no brainer item, I can't seem to find it. Also, while I'm at it. Is there a way to set up signatures in the default mail app? TIA!!!

Hi Everyone, I got the Droid yesterday, and I'm trying to use Google Voice *just* for voicemail. However, it seems like I never get notifications about new voicemail, unless the app is open. Does anyone else have this issue? Also, recorded voicemail is very soft when it's played back, almost too soft to hear. Any ideas on how I could go about fixing it?

According to the Sprint rep, it is impossible to obtain caller-id information from messages when calling into voicemail from a landline (i.e. not from the Hero). So, if you are somewhere without coverage, if your battery is dead, or if you just don't have the phone with you and you call in to get messages, it is impossible to get the Caller-ID. Is this correct? Is there any work-around?
