Is it important to take vitamin B12 supplements while on dilantin? According to what I have read, vitamin B12 absorption is affected by it.

Did it mess with your cycle or delay it at all? I am 6 days late and I started taking B12 mid cycle. I believe I took it AFTER I ovulated but I could be wrong. I'm just trying to figure out why I'm so late and getting negative tests.

It's also good to take calcium /vitamin D supplement with Dilantin as it tends to drain those out of the body (and potentially lead to osteoporosis).
