I got a call to setup a Vista Business laptop on a Windows Server 2003 Small Business Server domain. I added the Vista Business laptop to the domain, and can login as both administrator and a regular domain user without issue when connected to the network. I am trying to upgrade from Vista Business 32-bit. I keep getting a message about 3/4 of the way through that says "Windows could not update registry data in the installation" The system then uninstalls Windows 7 and reverts back to Vista. What can I do to fix this? I need to get Windows 7 installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 1 person needs an answer I do too

Hi, I moved a couple of years ago from france with a computer running vista business in French. I would like to upgrade to windows 7, but I don't need the Pro version anymore (computer moved from office to home). This came with Vista Home Premium 64-bit and for work I needed Vista Business 32-bit. After installing Vista Business 32 my wireless icon in the top right corner of the physical machine is red, and there is no wireless NIC present in device manager enabled or disabled. How do I get my wireless back? Also what would all of the unknown devices and base system devices be? Thanks/

I have tried changing the Skype Audio Settings microphone and speakers from my usb headset to the sound card on my computer to no avail. I can't seem to get the voicemail playback to be "heard" in Sound Recorder.

I recently purchased a Dell Studio XPS 1640 Laptop. It has Windows Vista Home Premium x64 operating system. My hp business inkjet 1100 series printer will not install with the hp installation CD. I need the correct driver. Apparently, hp doesn't offer one for the Vista x64. Is there a generic driver available that will do the job? 1 person needs an answer I do too

The machine is physically disconnected from the network, so it will not be on another site or trusted domain. With my workstations I disabled the network adapters to test it and it gives the same response.

But my problem is the same, when I connect my vpn I only can connect to my offline files, I can see all my shared folder witch one X in the folder, I only can access my offline files.
