Hi peoples I`ve had a couple of GQ patrols TD42 diesels, the first one you could hear the fan cut in and out, the one I have now I`m sus on, as I cannot hear it run. Just wanted to know if most guys can hear there one running. I found that over the weekend in hot slow running my truck was getting hot but when I was at highway speed there was no problems. The cooling system is in very good shape ...

Ok, today was the day to do the power steering pump. I worried, I prepared and I conquered. Stats: 3.5 hours with a break at 4:20, snacks/drinks around 4:35 No lost bolts One dropped tool Didn't even have to remove the viscus fan The big ol stud bolt was nothin! No leaks This biggest problem was the serp belt/tensioner pully. Sorry, not strong enough. I learned that ...

I recently upgraded from an A4 with a viscus clutch fan to an 2002 A6 3.0 w/ Quattro (of course) with all electric fans. All the technical information I can find on the car says I'm not supposed to have those fans. So, is this standard? document.write(' '); This ad is not displayed to registered and logged-in ...

A 1g supply of JWH-018 has arrived and am experimenting with making a tincture. I just wanted to share the results thus far. Setup: 50ml - water 150ml - ethanol (190 proof) 1g - JWH-018 About 250ml glass jar with a metal lid Observations: JWH-018 had a very slight yellow tint, was a powder, and was not crystalline. Out of curiosity, the 1g of JWH-018 was poured into...

The effects resulting from the explosion of torpedoes, though somewhat dependent upon their size, nature, and proximity, are extremely terrible. Not only is the violent action of fragments and splinters hurled at their initial velocity to be considered, but also the consequences of exposure to the flame and gas of the exploding charge. Should life be not immediately extinguished, fearful ...

If I had to guess I would say it sounds like your shocks are gone. As your shocks warm up they will be more apt to give, due to the oil inside becoming less viscus resulting in less resistance. That would explain your cold vs. warm differences.

that may be so for the carbonetic but the osg requires two short shafts and the viscus has a short and a long shaft so you would need a second short shaft.

Thanks, Wow, I would have bottomed them and then added some torque. I was planning on using red high strength locktite. BTW, when the head is removed, the lower stud holes fill with water. If you don't clean it out, the lower studs will get rust pitted. My block sat in the car with water in the holes and a little in #2 and 3 bores. It destroyed the bore surface and baddly pitted ...
