I like the location as it is an area that is settled (no new construction) with mature trees, etc...Our other consideration is Steiner, if we could find...

This Friday see's the first of our new forthnightly night, upstairs, in the Vineyard, just off Patricks Street. Catch Hans, Sparks and Househead at the wheels for a few hours of madness kicking off with some house sounds, and finishing up with that dark techno feeling. Hope to see ya'll there. Oh yeah, and this be free!!

This is looking north over the canyon near the Firestone vineyard....yes, as in tires. It's a great area up there and they have some fantastic vineyards down in that canyon. Any C&C gladly welcome... 9"X12" Oil on panel Ron Some details.......

I have build and sold a few of these but mostly for ...
