Help. I'm looking for points values on Venison. Any ideas on how to find them? My family hunts and eats venison, and there is no beef in our house. but because we process our own meat, I have no labels to get info from. I haven't found anything on WW to give me points values. ( My uncle is an avid hunter, and yesterday he brought me 8 lbs of ground venison. I've heard its much leaner and ground beef \(which I love\). I love deer jerky and deer sausage, but I've never tried it ground. I'm planning on making spaghetti for the family tonight with it, but I was just curious if anyone else eats it. ,)

I'm trying to do a lot more with my venison this year does anyone have a link to a site that shows how to cut it correctly? I want to make the proper cuts to get the eye of round, bottom round, top sirloin, sirloin tip etc.... mostly i just get some sausage made eat the backstaps and make jerky out of the rest....looking to start doing a lot more with it and on my own.
