Hi I need to cook a really impressive veggie meal next week and am looking for inspiration. I have slow cooker, oven, hob, microwave, halogen cooker. I want something really tasty that looks good too, had thought about a veggie curry but would prefer something that looks a bit more special! Thanks

Yum! It contains carrots, peas, japanese eggplant, onions, quorn crumbles and a based of veggie stock and Hain Brown Gravy. Topped off with mashed potatoes. Approx 6perns per serving. Hurry and cook pie, I'm hungry!

Go veggie live longer. Latest research suggests a meat free diet could add years to your life span. Does that tempt you to give up burgers, chicken and fish? Hi everyone, Over the past year, I've creeped back up to 230 pounds. :-( I'm torn between Atkins and South Beach. I am NOT a veggie person which has me leaning toward Atkins, but I know SB is a healthier approach. I don't eat salads of any kind and like very few vegetables other than beans.
