I had full intention of making a recipe from the POM Wonderful website with the pomegranates I had gotten at BJ's Wholesale Club. But I didn't de-seed them (long phone conversation with family this afternoon), so I'm not using them. However, a quick search of "veal cutlet" in my Mastercook came up with several recipes that I had copied/pasted from About.com's Southern Food section (not...
Several weeks ago, I asked if anyone had the recipe for Veal Calvados from the Commander's Palace cookbook. My cookbook is in storage. At the suggestion of sooz, I tried to get the cookbook from the library, but it had been lost since 2006. Well, last week, the library notified me the book was ready for pick-up. So here is the recipe: Veal Calvados from The Commander's Palace New Orleans ...
Woo hoo!!! Congrats on finally getting the book from the library, and that recipe!!! When you make it, please post pictures if you get a chance! Special thanks for posting the recipe! Smiles, Sooz

Not exactly a poster boy for safety though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXW55S4X9zo (Seen on Wreck.Metalheads) I'd hate to pay that company's insurance payments. I was cringing all the way through that, waiting for the thumb to fall off with the cut wood... -- STOP LIVING LIKE VEAL -----------------------

Franks made of tofu, poultry, and salmon are not hot dogs. Hot dogs should be made of a beef/pork, beef/pork/veal mix, or all beef. Bison is also acceptable. A hot dog is a simple, unpretentious food. Which is why old school places like Nathan's, Papaya King, And Gray's in New York, as well as Rutt's Hut, Galloping Hill Inn, and the Windmill will be around long after these trendy joints all go ...

I havent seen a Ballard clobber a Czech goalie with this much vicious enthusiasm since Harold let Jiri Crha have it after another Leafs loss at the Gardens back in 1980. Im here all week, try the veal. If Keith Ballard were afforded a thought bubble it might include the text, You f-ing sieve! Hang me with another minus will ya, well eat my Easton damn finger-pointing, Iron ...

There is no random in my posts. There is a reason for every sync, as well as a reason for every statement about a sync. The clues are in the films and record albums, and the knowledge base is there too. "The precipitant has a smaller place in real existence, thus ... it is mortal."

I have to say that I used crushed pork rinds-run them thru the grinder till they resemble crumbs. I don't even like pork rinds, but done this way they dont taste like you would expect. I pat the meat dry, then coat it with mayo, then drag it thru crumbs.
