I damned well love this film - in fact all Amicus and Hammer. Anyone else disappointed by the fact that FilmFour's much lauded 'new print' of 'Vault of Horror' - broadcast on Monday 25th August 2008 -  was just the Vipco DVD version? Still no widescreen, still no final shot of the main guys' faces turning into skulls as they walk into the cemetery.

If you're intending to track down the movie - be aware that there are two versions of it (potentially three). Whereas the original British release shows Glynis' murder of Terry Thomas with a hammer, the American release seems to 'bottle out' of the nastiness and shows a freeze-frame still instead.
