Varadero Airport to Havana????

Ok, so this is the first time I have travelled on a flight that arrives in the afternoon. I always leave really early in the morning so I can catch the Viazul bus that goes from the Varadero Airport into Havana at 11am. Now I am arriving at 1:50pm. Does anyone have any suggestions??? How much (cheapest) has anyone paid to taxi it? How much would a taxi be to Varadero and then I can catch...

Iberostar Varadero quiet room

Will travel to Iberostar Varadero in January with 9 month old baby and was wondering if anybody knows which section of the hotel is the most quiet. I need something far away from disco and other late night entertainment as well as away from day noise from the pool. Appreciate any suggestions.

I am heading to Varadero Jan 16 (Arenas Doradas) and was wondering if anyone has a tip on the cheaper way of swimming with the dolphins? I know a few who have been there and said their swim was short and not worth the price. Is there any excursion that basically includes the swim?
