Team Sauerland believes there was nothing wrong with picking David Haye as an opponent for Nikolai Valuev. The Russian Giant lost his WBA Heavyweight Title on November 7 when the British challenger clinched a majority decision in front of a sell-out crowd of 8,000 fans in Nuremberg. The fight also drew a TV market share of more than 40 percent in Germany. “After negotiations with Vitali Klitschko...

Nicolai Valeuv and his people revealed that they have a rematch clause, so it looks like Valuev will get the Haye-Ruiz winner. HBO should pick it up and do a 24-7 Show on Haye-Valuev II. Insomniacs will rejoice.

http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?slug=ap-valuev-ha ye&prov=ap&type=lgns Now has his eyes on Klitschkos. About time the boring tall Russian jabbers toppled. Not good for the sport. David Tua is making a great come-back too making the heavyweight division interesting again.

Negro heavyweight boxer David Haye defeated Nikolai Valuev to win the WBA belt. His next opponent will be John Ruiz. I would love to see Haye fight Wlad Klitschko. Wlad would destroy him.

âRefs were biased in Haye boutâ â Valuevâs coach Published 10 November, 2009, 12:16 Nikolay Valuev lost his WBA heavyweight belt to British David Haye because the referees were biased, says Aleksandr Zimin, the Russian boxerâs former coach. âIt wasnât boxing, but long-distance running. In professional boxing you get points for actions. In particular, attacks and ...

I've been betting boxing almost as long as MMA and figured I'd start making these plays public. I've been on a pretty good run of late winning my last seven of eight plays (I was on the losing end of the Valuev vs. Haye fight). Hopefully I don't jinx myself now. 1* Mikkel Kessler -185 vs. Andre Ward

QUOTE(D-Gonza @ Nov 23 2009, 03:25 PM) There is always the money that makes it worth the risk. If he can make bank against Valuev, then he can make more of it against Hopkins as well. valuev probably generates more money to be honest

However, when pressed on his chances of stepping up to world level, Fury decided to pass comment on the recent David Haye fight. "There is nothing out there, did you see the Haye-Valuev fight, I have seen more action in my local chippy on a Saturday night," roared Fury. "It was absolutely rubbish. I know he had a job to do to win but even when he had Valuev hurt he didn't try and finish ...

I have seen this game in live..it was horrible. I rate Haye highly but let's be honest...Boxing had his best period in the 70's and 80's with the HAGLER,LEONARD,ROBINSON,ALI,FOREMAN,FRAZIER,HEARNS ,DURAN and co... This is boxing:Hearns vs Hagler...Their match was more spectacular in 10 seconds than the whole Valuev_Haye fight ! http://www.youtube.c...feature=related

Haye will be stuck in the WBA HW circle of stupidity. First, Ruiz, then Meehan/Chagaev winner, and then back to Valuev. I don't see how his connection to GBP is going to change anything for him. He's burned too many bridges. I thought he would eventually make a name for himself here in the states, but none of his future fights will sell anywhere. Then back to Ruiz again. Then Ruiz again...
