I try to install a upgrade for my graphic but when I install, it ends with an error that says I need better drivers (or something in that way). What to do ? "the driver that is installed now has not been validated for this computer. Obtain the correct driver." -What the error says.

I bought another new HP computer in July of 09 and choose HP because of their previous sound service. Now I have waited ever since win 7 came out to recieve my win 7 disc, and here after two months, I still have no word except that I have been validated. Very dissapointed in HP with the slow service. There is a huge gap at the top of the page before the MainDiv. The Flash is also not visible in Firefox. The contact page is also wrong as it's displaying the image at the bottom, yet in IE it is correct. I've validated the CSS with WC3 and it's come up compliant and ok. Just to point out, I am using a EmulateIE7 meta tag so I can use floating in IE8 (could not get it to work). Any ideas ...
