This is not a vaccination debate, I do vaccinate but do not want to give the boy more than two at a time and also space them out at least 2 weeks between. So what happened is that we are behind on his vaccinations, 2 to make up and next week is his 4 month checkup so that is another 3 vaccines (one of them being the 3-in-1 Dtp). My husband wanted to do all of these vaccines at once. I told ...

Here are the two major advantages of adjuvant vaccinations. * You need less antigen. - For every U.S. adjuvant-free vaccination, Canada/Europe can vaccinate four adults or eight children (half dose) with adjuvant containing shots. Theoretically, this means you can protect your population four times faster. I assume you can expect less deaths if you can protect your population ...

Hi, Anybody here know of a good place to go get some Vaccinations? More specifically, I need my JE #2 (Japanese Encephalitis), the 2nd booster shot. Later in February I will also need my Hep A & B Boosters. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JOHN

My Sophie is allergic to eggs and most vaccinations are made using eggs. She hasn't had a major reaction so far, but reactions can get worse as exposure increases. Is this going to cause a problem??

My LO just had her 4 month vaccinations and I gave her tylenol about 5 hours ago but now she's running a fever of 37.6 ... I gave her some more tylenol but just waiting for it to kick in. We're both exhausted as it's 12 am... should I wait until the fever comes down before putting her back to bed or just check her periodically? I've never delt w/ a fever before...

I have a friend who visited Ethiopia and said vaccinations aren't necessary. All major health sites disagree. Can anyone tell me how necessary it is? The sites say hepatitus, meningitus, polio, yellow fever, tetanus malaria drugs are absolutely necessary. Hope to hear from someone.

My Pug has a confirmed diagnosis of a Portosystemic Shunt Cyanotic heart disease Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (tips) . Vaccinations are hard on the liver. Do you believe that vaccinations for pets are long lasting like vaccinations for babies? I do not want my Pug to have any unnecessary shots due to her compromised liver problem.

Just thought I would start another thread on vaccinations because we are getting dangerously low on them. We only had 75 vaccination threads at the last count. The Real Dome

I have not given my daughter vaccinations yet. Still unsure. She does not make a lot of eye contact with me- and that makes me nervous. I am not sure that I will give them when she is more mature of a year or two or at all. Anyone else? I hear so many stories.
