My neighbour has been a member of Accor for 5 yrs and she loves it. She told me the other day that she has rented it out this year to pay for her club fee using a company called Vacation Club Resales. She asked me to send this email as we saw there were a few discussions about Accor on the site. And allot of the Accor members are not sure where to go when they want to rent them out. hope this...

What is the major difference between these resorts? Grand Vacation Club is listed as #1 on TA reviews & Waikoloa Village is #3, but all info I pull up for timeshare rentals at W. Village relates to Grand Vacation Club.

Thanks for your help, everyone. It makes more sense now, knowing that Hilton's Waikoloa Village Resort is different than the Waikoloa Community. Thanks for the input! :)

Are you perhaps referring to the two "Hilton" properties in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area? One being a massive Disney-like Resort hotel (Not a timeshare). It is called: "Hilton Waikoloa Village " ( Confusing if the word Hilton is not attached) or Hilton Grand Vacation Club which is a timeshare property also within the Waikoloa beach Resort area...but the units are condos...
