I downloaded two ringtones from VZW Tones Deluxe and they show up in the program under "manage"/"my ringtones", but only one shows up in the list of ringtones from which to choose. The only thing I did differently is that the first one I did NOT select it for my default ringtone (wanted it for a specific person). The second one I downloaded and selected as the default ringtone. I call VZW yesterday and asked for the unlock code. They gave it to me and I did everything that I had to and now the Storm in unlocked. My brother-in-laws wife now wants the phone to use on her T-Mobile account. What do i have to do to make it work. If its to complicated then forget it. If its just a matter of wiping the phone and then installing her sim card then fine.
