There is a local community college that just started a Vet Tech program and I was interested in it so I was reading and they said they only accept 30 people a year and they look for the ones who have at least a year of veterinary experience. Now I was wondering, how would you have any veterinary experience if you are going to school to do that?? I'm confused. lol

upset about vet visit and huge bill necessary/unecessary testing and Dry eye I took my seven year old baby, reese to the vet today because I was noticing her eyes were very crusted, sticky and red in the mornings. Well, as tiffers knows I had a bit of a freak out wednesday with my dog sassy. She passed A stone and the vet had told me we needed to come in to see if there were more, do a urinalysis and go from there. I brought her in the next day they were open. Please help.. In heat already? or vet time? I have a female that just whelped her babies almost 3 months ago. While I was grooming her today I notice that she is bleeding.
