After much research on forums etc and with the Which stamp of approval for the utilities warehouse Broadcall service, we decided to join up for Broadband, phone gas and electric supply. There are some things they DON'T tell you.... On the whole their customer service is appalling AND you get charged for phone calls to their cust service line. The whole affair has been painful in the extreme...

Hi there, I'm with Utility Warehouse. I left my previous premises to move prior to the 12 months were up, so was charged a £50 disconnection fee, because I needed the line ceased completely before moving to my new premises due, to not knowing my exact address at that current time. However, where I'm now currently living, BT haven't upgraded their exchange, so I'm being charged £...

I phoned their sales line, asked a bunch of questions, and the replies were pretty unhelpful. I'd love to get some real answers if anyone here knows... 1. Which LLU network they are likely to put me on... or at least which "flavour" of Opal. The answer I got: "Mistral or Gambit". Neither of which are networks WWTRUR exchange. 2. Whether my line would be fully unbundled, or just...

OK It's been a week or so since I last posted about problems I was having with the performance of my ISP Utility Warehouse and, subjectively at least, if anything the situation seems to be deteriorating even further. I can't even stream audio from the BBC now whilst doing anything else with the connection (it was 5pm). There just isn't enough bandwidth. That's despite my router (...

( They claim that they are not promoting pyramid schemes but that's what is look like...) Any views? https://www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk/h...hBack_card. taf

Madkit, why did you not challenge the warrant by going to Court ? Theres enough advance warning. You could then have had your say and if what you claim is correct, then in all likelyhood the warrant would have been set aside or else not granted. Additionally, the way is open for you to take your own action against them in the small claims court, but you will need to be able to substantiate the ...
