I had a cerclage placed at 21 weeks when my cervix had gone to 1.3 with funneling. Now I am at 26 weeks and have cervical checks every 2 weeks.  Good news is that last weeks ultrasound showed cervix at 1.7.....YAAAA!!. I have been on bedrest since my cerclage was placed at 21 weeks, so I would say that it looks like it is working for me.
