I still reckon UT2K3 has the best UI at least for Instant Action. Gametype, Maps, Spectate button, bot skill - count, map description and pic all on the one page and all the other stuff in easy to use tabs. Nice music too. I wish UT3 had that! Also player count from the level instead of having to set it manually all the time.
