Hi: I am just curious if your uro prescribes pain meds and what. I saw my uro today, and he will no longer prescribe meds like morphine/oxycontin. I think it is just me and given situation. I am thinking about asking my Uro to let me try either Elavil or Imipramine for my pain. I don't have pelvic pain, but I do have burning/stinging when I urinate and I also have vaginal pressure/discomfort. Would either of these meds help with these symptoms? Which one is better.
