Hey, i got a call from a company the other day selling waterless urinal blocks. They say you just use them instead of normal blocs, turn of the water for the urinals and the new blocks eat the bacteria. What is the scientific basis for these? Do they work?

Okay, sorry to rant but is it just me that is tired of walking into a public restroom where there will be 5 or more urinal's open, all the toilet stalls are full, and the vast majority of stalls you can see the shoes of the occupant facing the toilet rather than the stall doors.
