I really don't think it is anxiety... Yes the pain will shoot down to my wrist and sometimes up the back of the shoulder and into the neck... I do have to sleep on my left side with my arm propped up even with my body... if there is a sudden jerk to me like almost slipping in the bathtub the pain is unbearable...

well i would recomend drawing somthing yourself that has to do with your interests or hobbies that you know you will have for the rest of your life.
