Very nice!  We did something similar in our apartment, though with a very different sort of fabric - very different vibe in our place.  Your friend's headboard works great with the rest of the decor.  It's so nice to have something totally unique!

Thanks brian, I have a coupe (non-fr) with the sport seats (the ones with the gap at the top and the perforated leather). Yeah the foam needs replaced to. Thanks for the heads up.

At one time Lazy Boy made them I believe, but I doubt they do anymore.

I looked at some quality chairs that swivel but they do not have the memory that returns them to the right position. Does anyone know who makes really comfortable, attractive, traditional upholstered chairs that swivel and return to the right directions, so that the room does not always look askew?

It actually takes longer to do this than for me to just recover it, but I think the result is worth it. I really like the forms this process shows off. "Never underestimate a woman with power tools"
